I purchased this board back in 2016 and since then have given it to a friend.
The main con is it was super loud while typing. I got the Cherry MX brown variant and it was really pingy.
The LED was super bright though which was a plus.
I also really liked the design of it. I still do. If it was available in a hotswap version that would be pretty cool.
I purchased this board and gave it to my little brother as a gift since January 2019. He's been using it as his daily driver ever since and has only retired it recently because he got himself a TOFU. So I'd say that this board has served him well. Zero complaints from him and it's a good board for newcomers to the hobby.
A lot of flex in the board and plastic althrough. It's a decent board but not really worth the price. Stabilizers are also pretty bad, wobbly and scratchy
This was the first ever mechanical keyboard I purchased several years ago. For the money, it is hard to beat. Would definitely recommend it as a cheap, entry board into the world of mechanical keyboards.
Nice keyboard with a nice form factor. Easy to setup and use, and customisable enough to suit most general users. As others have mentioned the keycaps feel a little bit cheap, but these can be easily replaced for little cost.
Solid product. Used to be the absolute king of value, but there's a lot of budget boards vying for your dollars these days. Still, layout is great, construction is good enough, and you get a variety of switch options. Easy recommendation.
I have often recommended this keyboard to people looking for a cheap board. The layout might be my favorite for a 65%. The price is hard to beat. The build quality and the switches are solid. The caps are a bit cheap, but can be rectified with some nicer Tai Hao switches or some pudding caps if you like that look. There are many better boards on the market, but not any near this price.
