A great everyday carry
I've been using this bag for a few weeks now. It's pretty much a tech bag for me. It holds my laptop, iPad, iPod, Sony headphones (in their case), a pair of IEMs (also in their case) a power bank, spare cables and chargers, a water bottle, some pens, etc. If I were to list any negatives, and I'm reaching here, I'd say the interior can get cramped pretty quick. Granted I have an iPad and laptop inside it, but even though there are three compartments in there it feels a bit too tight for my liking. Ideally, I'd like to fit my WH-1000XM3s inside it along with the tablet and laptop, but there just isn't enough space. That's more of a personal issue though considering what I'm using it for so I can't really knock it for that. There's plenty of space if you're not trying to cram an electronics store into your bag like I am. Besides, the headphones fit snugly in an outer pouch on the bag. As long as I don't turn the bag upside down they won't fall out since they're covered by the front flap of the bag. Another reviewer mentioned the bright logo, and it's true: it really does stand out. So if that sort of thing bothers you it's something to consider. Overall, I'd recommend this bag. Even if you're using it for a purpose similar to me there's plenty of pockets and pouches to store your items in. If you're using this for school and plan to just carry books, notebooks, pens, pencils, and a laptop I suspect you'll have no issues with this whatsoever.

initial thoughts: good
i just got this in so i've no idea how it will hold up over the long term. i will try to go back and revise my review once i've put it through its paces for several months. my first impression is a positive one. i bought this bag for subway and pedestrian commuting. i tend to prefer backpacks when i need to carry heavier / bulkier things, but for walking longer distances in the heat, backpacks get much hotter. for carrying lighter things longer distances, however, i prefer a shoulder bag. this one is a nice medium size. it's big enough to hold everything i need to carry, but not so big that everything's floating around in there. currently it holds my 13" laptop and charger, a USB backup battery for my phone, an e-reader, earbuds, a packet of spare medication (lactase, NSAIDs, etc), a small notebook, a pen and pencil, hand sanitizer, hand lotion, lip balm, hair ties, a travel umbrella, and a water bottle. it has exactly enough room for those items and no wasted capacity. if you carry more stuff than that on a regular basis this may be too small. perhaps worth mentioning is that if you need to carry a bulky item like a spare hoodie or sweater this is unlikely to accomodate that. normally if i need to bring a spare outer layer of clothing i'll just sling it over the bag while i'm carrying it, instead of rolling it and stuffing it inside. i especially like that there are a lot of smaller compartments to allow organizing many disparate things in an easy to access way. my only real complaint is that the water bottle pocket is slightly too small to fit my favorite 24oz water bottle. i do have a couple of 20oz ones that fit just fine, however. aesthetically speaking, i could definitely do without the giant bright red advertisement on the front face of the bag. i already paid for the bag, so i'm not sure why i should have to offer free advertising to the company that made it. i will probably take a seam ripper to it at some point and perhaps replace it with a patch of my own liking.
