Yes, I believe that was the resolution to the people who submitted help tickets. It's possible that a partial refund/credit was offered in lieu of it, but we want to make sure you get what you ordered. You can do that in My Transactions in your member profile...
...yeah that's fair. It's not necessarily clear that Discussions are not the place to get help. They are meant to be the place where people discuss the product, or let us know if there is something wrong with a live drop - not after shipment, when they are monitored less frequently (as we have about 150-175 new drops every month). Our ability to provide timely and accurate support without being able to reference your specific order info is minimal at best - all I can do is tell you to submit a help ticket, and if multiple people report the same issue then I can let our support teams know that it may be affecting part or all of the group.
