Time to check out Knife Center or Blade Headquarters. $150 for 440C? I have picked up a couple of M390 blades from reputable manufacturers for less than this. And I just got a Kershaw Blur in S30V for $80. Funny. My calendar doesn't show that it's April, the first. Stuff like this bugs me. I'm praying mantis will come to its senses. Desparado.
14themoneyKinda missing the point if you're solely focused on blade steel with this knife. To each his own, but as with most GnG knives, the novelty of the mechanism is the main selling point
demodojThank you for the response. I can't say that I've never bit a knife because of its esthetic appeal, but I don't believe I have got one for novelty. Unless you consider the 6" CS Holdout. I would be guilty on that charge. Besides the steel and the price, I find the gear thing a source of unending cleaning problems. I always appreciative the opportunity to look at my knee jerk reactions. I hope that you have a great day.
demodojHe could put S35vn and some titanium on it for $20 more and then maybe he'd have a knife worth this price. Why go through the efforts to make a knife like this and have it be just... Useless to us as users? It's listed as edc, it should be functional as an edc
FlyfishermanmikeThey could have been sale items, but I will take a look now. All our representatives are busy at the moment. Your text is very important to us. Please continue to hold.
14themoneyHere is another one that I own. When the Modus in M390 was first released, there was a problem with the batch of steel. This has been resolved. This is another great knife.

Steel Will Cutjack is very similar. I own several in D2, none in M390. This should be great in M390. I certainly like it in D2.
