These look beautiful. Anyone know of a good replacement journal for them? I was looking at the Moleskine's but they aren't quite the same size.

TacticalDanHi @TacticalDan @dsouthwick @Linkdeath @faxy,
Great question! The A5 journal that comes inside the No Bag cover is ~3 cm thick, and has sturdy card-stock covers:

The A5 Rhodia Webnotebook actually fits into the cover, as seen below:

Something slightly thicker like the Franklin-Christoph Firma-Flex A5 fits as well:

So, any A5 notebook, whether soft or hardcover that is around 3 cm thick or slightly less should fit just fine.

TacticalDanMoleskin are terrible for fountain pens, if thats what you use, feathering and bleed through, a waste of money for me

TacticalDanI'm debating buying this, but if I do get it, I'll put in a Seven Seas Writer or Standard, sold by Nanami Paper. These are a bit expensive (I'm a fountain pen user and these notebooks have excellent quality paper for fountain pens--the mystical Tomoe River Paper). You could check out jetpens.com or gouletpens.com for other notebooks of the A5 size.

TacticalDanI read [somewhere] that the Clairefontaine Collection 1951 Notebooks

are good replacements and work very well with our fountain pens. There was a sale of these not long ago and I gabbed 5 especially for this leather journal cover.
