I loved the flashlight while it worked, but unfortunately it stopped working a few months after I got it. It had an issue where I had to partially hold the power button down in order to keep the flashlight activated. I'd love to repair it but I don't know where to send it for repairs, if that's even possible.

Generally excellent, but the batteries don't last very long. I reckon a version with a dumb off/on switch rather than the multiple settings would last longer as it could switch the power directly.

Aweome amount of light for a 2aa light! Its hard to believe the quality and value of this for the price! I now also have the 2aaa and 1aaa as well as the 1aa versions of the Maratac lights as well, just because they are so well made!

I have six of these lights(different versions) and have given several as gifts. I also have several other models of the Maratac lights. I have several Surefire and Streamlite lights but I carry the Maratacs. These lights are a great value. They are very bright for the size and use easy to find and afford batteries. I EDC one and keep others in my packs/cars. I'm hopeing that they will offer this light in a Ti version like some of their other lights.

Great light, my favorite feature is how you have to twist the head a little bit to access the "disco" modes (strobe etc). Keeps them out of the way but still easy to access.
