Just got mine. It looks great but it only has one setting--its either on or off. I cannot get the low setting no matter how slow I turn the base.

mm4nn@mmann You should be able to twist the unit on/off to get additional modes, at least that's how mine works. If yours is not working as it should, please reach out to Customer Service with your specific drop.
