The lighter has one major flaw: the ring section at top of the lighter is so small in diameter that, absent the anemic, silver-colored, non-affixed ring (see photo), there's no way to attach the lighter to anything. Can't directly add it to a standard key ring (without this silver ring) as the opening atop the lighter head is too small. Further, the (silver-colored) ring is azz cheap, easily broken, and my lighter has, on more than one occasion, detached itself. And, lest the peanut gallery (pun intended) suggest I go out and find / buy a solution, feel free to state what that may be. And, don't say the lanyard. It is unnecessary, and it, too, seemingly utilizes the supplied silver ring.
