SchubieThanks for pointing this out. The vendor said $399 but it looks like $329 is the current street price (although I imagine it will go up soon). I edited the page to reflect this.
IanAndersonHi Ian, has there possibly been any word on a drop for the Maratac Mid Pilot watch with the Red Crown? (it was another option on the poll that this drop came from, but it also has almost 300 requests for a drop on its own page on massdrop). Just thought I'd send a note to see if the vendor has commented on this model and if they plan to do a drop in the near future with you. Hope it's okay to ask here. Thanks!
Edit: Here's the link for the one I'm speaking of if it helps:

coop09I will definitely get the mid pilot up here when I can, but stock as been very low so the vendor hasn't had enough to send our way (it's up on his site, but he just doesn't have enough to make a drop feasible). When it's available I'll do what I can to get it back here!
IanAndersonThanks for delivering on setting up a drop for the SR-3.
Pros:
Miyota 9015 28800 bph movement
Crown on the right side
Cons:
40mm width (vs 46.2mm on the SR-1)
Oh well. Like a moth to the light, here's my money.
TigoleIf you think 40mm is a con compared with a 46mm watch, you might have tree trunks for wrists. It's definitely a check in my "pro" column, though I'd even prefer it a bit smaller. The huge watch fad is over! At least I think it is.
TigoleI have a couple 46mm watches, and I find them to be too big. I like the 42mm of my SKX007, SKX011, and Orient Ray. I know the SR-3 is 40mm, but is it really a noticeable difference compared to some 42mm watches?
