I've always dug the design of the Maratacs- simple, functional, tool watches with just a hint of elegance. Like an American take on a mid-70's Sinn. I don't have any particular problem with the Miyota movements... But I'm not a big fan of them, either. For me this watch would be perfect with an ETA thermocompensated quartz, and WR increased to say 300m... No flash, all action. A Massdrop exclusive, perhaps?

starterI'm not sure I'd ditch the mechanical movement, but I like the increase in depth rating. I'd also love there to be a size option between 40mm and 46mm. That's a pretty big gap, especially considering that these two sizes are pretty much at the extreme ends of the spectrum of what's currently popular.
