Is it a twist to turn and change brightness levels, or is there a button?

With the standard button, you press the button off and on quickly and it cycles between brightness levels. With the magnetic twist cap, you twist off and on and it cycles between levels as well.

I bought my black aluminum AAA from Amazon and it came with both end caps. I don't know about this one though.

Tell me about it. Looking at the pictures, I think it comes with a magnetic end cap, but it looks different than mine. The one here is much more compact, and I also noticed it comes with a white diffuser which did not come with mine.

I just got mine and after some fiddling i discovered that it is a twist to on design. To Change modes you would twist it off and twist it on again.
