It sounds like a good portion of you were shipped the wrong model of the mid pilot watch. It is Massdrop's policy to ensure that our users get exactly what they ordered, so receiving the 2013 instead of the 2012 is definitely not acceptable for us. Massdrop is a community of detail-driven enthusiasts and it is very important for us to make sure that you can buy confidently and receive exactly what you ordered. We're as shocked as you guys are about the watches being the wrong model year; our supplier reassured us that the watches would be the 2012 versions. We're terribly sorry for the mixup.
I'll be talking to our supplier tomorrow to work out a resolution. I can assure you that we will have a solution and you will not be stuck with the wrong product. I'll get back to you guys tomorrow (or in the next couple days if we don't get an immediate response) with some proposed solutions.
