This isn't a bargain. 19 fat quarters cost 3 bucks a piece at a cost of 57.00 (plus tax). Even if you push it to 3.25 a FQ, that's still only 61.75. I don't see where the savings are.

MellianI joined this drop the first time it was offered, and I did the math too. The thing is, this is a Birch precut bundle (cut by the manufacturer with the Birch twill tape tied around it), and the main alternative online source for this exact same item is selling it for $95 (plus shipping). So that actually comes to over $5/FQ once you factor in the shipping. Birch fabric is silly expensive (normally around $16.50/yd), so even though this drop is more expensive than many other quilting fabric drops on Massdrop, it is actually a good deal for this product!
