Sorry to hear about that! I talked with TopArt this morning and they assured me that any jagged or uneven edges are not normal. It sounds like you are already working with our customer support team, but please don't hesitate to reach out to them.
Regarding the sizes of the prints - the paper prints all come with a white border to protect the edges of the print. The 11x14" paper prints come with a 2" border while the 18x24" and 27x36" come with a 3" border. Thanks for flagging this, I will update the copy to make this more clear.
Canvas prints come stretched, ready to hang, and do not have a border as it gets wrapped around the edge. If you order an 11x14" canvas piece you will receive a piece of artwork that is 11x14" ready to hang.

1) The prints are poorly cut. I ordered 5, and 3 of them came with jagged or uneven edges.
2) I ordered the 11 x 14 prints, and I received 15 x 18 prints with a large white border. It would have been nice if this was pictured or in the description. I had to cut the prints to fit the frames I purchased.
3) One of the prints I received was the wrong one. I am working with Massdrop to get this fixed.
