Does it have pit zips? Other sites say it does, but I didn't see any mention of them on here...

lexluthor @lexluthor - I would say this has a pretty standard fit for Marmot. I am 6'0", 180 lbs, and generally wear a size Medium. With this jacket, I can wear a base layer and thick fleece or down sweater underneath without any restriction. That is ideal in that it is not too baggy and not too slim. You want some room for layering, but you're not going to put a down jacket underneath. If it's that cold, then it should be snowing, not raining, and your down jacket should layer on top of your rain shell (in most cases).
FYR, I really like the trim fit of Rab, Montbell and Berghaus jackets, but sometimes those are too snug for everyday use. Marmot hit a nice balance with this one.
