Dear Massdrop, I just received my Marmot PreCip Pants in the mail this morning. They are great, all except for a tear in the butox of them. How should I go forward with getting a pair that will actually keep me dry! Can these that are damaged be exchanged? Please let me know what steps to follow to resolve this issue. Thanks
