Designed by up-and-comer Giacomo Toncelli, the Maserin 420 Artiglio is suitable for heavy-duty applications. Why? It has a thick blade made from tough D2 steel for good edge retention. Second, the handle has a liner lock to keep the blade open, which is surrounded by textured G-10 scales for grip retention. The blade, which measures nearly 4 inches long, is a modified tanto for impressive piercing power, and the secondary edge is good for slicing. Outfitted with a tip-up clip, the Artiglio can be positioned for righties and lefties alike.
