Maserin Mushroom Knife
Quickly Pick & Clean Mushrooms
Designed for mushroom hunters, these knives feature a curved blade and brush for cleaning and gathering fungi. The handles come in your choice of wood, with a metric ruler printed on the side to help measure your findings. 420 stainless steel is used for the blade, which holds up well, especially since mushrooms don’t demand too much from the edge in the first place. The 800 model comes with tweezers for smaller specimens, whie the 808 model has a slightly larger blade.
Note: At checkout, choose the 800 model with a rosewood handle (base price) or an olive wood handle (+ $10), or choose the 808 model with an olive wood handle (+ $8) or a bubinga wood handle (+ $16).
