Big, beefy, Italian stallion
Dang do I love this big beast!
Blade is nice and sharp, and thick as a castle wall.
I love the glass breaker on the butt!
Action is buttery for such a big blade!
Love the khaki / sand scales - unique at least in my collection.
Had a small manufacturing mark (2 circles from when it was punched-out/cut I think) - but I like it so much I never even considered exchanging it!
Will buy more Maserun - and continue to keep an eye

Wasn't for me
Really wanted to like this one but there was bad lock rock and the lock failed easily. Drop managed the return well and made it easy.

One of the best balanced knives I have. Ths simple joy of opening this knife is hard to overstate; such a satisfying snap and click combo. While it's not the best steel, it has held up to the rigors of field work quite well. The only thing which I find to be a bit of a detractor is the window punch. While it DOES work, it takes much more effort than I would generally recommend for a window punch, and is more likely to cause the user to put their hand through the glass, as opposed to the window punch on the Nimrod.
Overall, very happy with the knife.
Other info: wear medium sized gloves for work and fits hands perfectly.
Tension on pants clip is not too tight, nor too loose.

Amazing knife for the price
One of my favorites right know. I have much more expensive knifes in my collection but this knife is truest great. For the price you can’t go wrong. Only one complaint, under hard use, the frame lock gets pushed further in, and is slightly harder to unlock. Usher then that, great! Great action, feel, lock up, detent, pocket clip, etc.. on the heaver side but I really don’t mind it!!
if your on the fence, buy it. it’s a great knife!

Quality Knife
I like the action of this knife, the weight of the blade makes it fall shut. The not-so obvious glass breaker is a really nice touch and the lock bar is a breeze to use. No complaints aside from having to light sand down the edges of the g10 because it was a little sharp out of the box

The Maserin 680 Police has one of the smoothest actions I've got in my collection, I have total confidence in the build quality and blade action that I can guarantee I'll be ready for any situation that requires a quick opened blade... So good I bought all the colors... I plan to get one each for my brother's. Definitely an easy recommendation!

Very Nice
The thing with a knife is choosing one can be a bit like choosing a wife.
It`s all about personal preference and what attracts you.
I like the size, and the quality, as well as the fact that it is a flipper.
The quality is an all-around 10 for the price point.
It flips easy and smoothly (buttery smooth), with a solid lockup, and closes the same way making it totally one handed.
Did I say it opens smoothly?
Better than any other knife I own in this price category.
I have to say this is a definite JUST BUY IT knife.

generally an excellent knife
mostly just what i expected: a large, solid, well designed folder with a full four finger grip, excellent action, strong lock up and great balance. one star off for a very dull edge--required substantial sharpening and stropping to bring out an acceptable edge.
