I've had extremely bad after sales service with final audio. I've sent multiple emails to FA to assist with the repair of my FA piano forte ix and have just been ignored time and time again.

That is pretty common in lots of Japanese audio company. Most of them are focus on Asia-pacific area. But few of them have a good dealership in USA. Like Sony, they release the newest player zx100 in China and they post it on the website of UK, but there are no information on Sony USA yet.
