I've been reading this discussion and it doesnt seem that Massdrop is concerned about how upset everyone is. Online discussion groups like this are usually monitored and replied to by a representative of the company. Considering that hasn't happened, I feel they got their money, gave us the minimum they could get away with, and arent worried about our reaction.
