I went to my transactions yesterday and asked for a refund because product was not as expected. I received a response from support last night that Massdrop is in talks with vendor and internally will respond to my request for refund once they come to a determination. They stated they are aware of the hobby community upset about this drop and are taking it seriously. I recommend others request refunds as well as provide constructive feedback in the forum so they will take it into further consideration. We should have an update Wednesday. They wanted the drop to complete who are still awaiting their packages.
