Massdrop has Oath at 82.99 right now. This is important when they imply 250 bucks of value for a 150 buck box. I doubt the other stuff in the box is worth 160 bucks even at full hyper retail prices. The fix was in here. Massdrop and Derium's scummed us. They can prove they are good companies by how they handle this in terms of full or partial refunds or some extra swag to make up for it. My guess is they'll tell us to pound salt and hide behind legalese. It is worth noting however that this isn't about whether this is an actionable tort; it's about Derium's and Massdrop's reputation, which will be destroyed in the MTG community if they choose to do nothing substantive. Do they really think us nerds don't know how to rage on social media?
