1. The Pop figure appeals to such a small group of magic players and is IMO the worst thing about the box. This spot could've been filled with a lot of cool art products or statues that are more appealing to the market than a product that is most likely to be put in our closets and shunned. I find the art of magic to be beautiful and captivating so why not put in artist paintings I'm sure that if you offered an artist of MTG products(Terese Nielsen/Noah Bradley for instance) a bulk order on RANDOM small prints you guys would get them at a good price and would make a more enjoyable product to get in a box. Random begin the key word here, a lot of the hate has been from everyone getting the same thing and no difference in any products received. Maybe that was intended from the start but it wasn't relayed if as so. Which brings me to point two.
2. More sealed MTG products for higher tiers and more current/favored MTG products. By far the biggest complain is the fact that Oath of the Gate Watch was added to this drop... and that's it, ONLY OATH. If it was a random assortment of BFZ/OATH/SOI people wouldn't be as mad(But they would still want it to be only SOI). I know this is the hardest thing for a box to deal with as Sealed MTG products rack up a lot of the boxes price.
3. Value. This drop was told to everyone as a great way to get some MTG related products and walk away feeling like they have spent their money well. This has absolutely not been the case with this drop. The products in this drop don't come close to the the possible value shown in the pictures and has made everyone who didn't strike it rich with the bonus box feel cheated and it is going to be hard for them to join another drop.
In closing this was my first ever Massdrop I joined and I really hope that this is rectified so I can continue to use this awesome site. Thanks for reading if you made it this far.
