I still don't quite understand why we have to wait until Wednesday for an update on this situation. If this were my company and I hand this many dissatisfied customers I would would have spent all weekend trying to fix this disaster. Who actually is running the show at Massdrop? I can't seem to locate any contact info other than the support form.
