If it does, then it's a functional flashlight and the fact the LED is slightly off center makes no difference on a $30 light unless you're just looking for something wrong. Now, if you had purchased a Tain Ottavino, then I could see complaining about the LED being off-center.
Also, kudos for making it look much worse than it actually is by taking the photo at an angle to enhance the "defect", vs. a direct, straight on view.
