This flashlight is extremely weak. If you have an iPhone, the flashlight on it will be 10X brighter.
I live in the woods, where it is very dark at night. I wanted something I could keep in my car and light the path to my front door at night. This flashlight cannot even do that.
This flashlight is now in the trash, and I went with a bright Feit Electric flashlight that costs 1/5 the price as this junk

J12345678Your phones flashlight is doubtlessly less bright than this flashlight, you may be led to believe it is by your phones much less focused beam, and if you purchased this flashlight expecting the brightest flashlight $30 can get, you aren't the type of person that I would trust a review from.

J12345678let me guess you got the nichia instead of the xm. if you want bright lumens you went the wrong direction. Its like buying a focus then complaining that its not a mustang.
