I run eneloops in this and it's great. The clip was quite lackluster. The 2nd or 3rd time i had it clipped in my pocket, it failed and was lost. The tailcap button takes some getting used to when cycling through to the desired brightness, but this is an extremely compact bright light. Easily goes in the pocket/glovebox/cupholder, and just works. Losing the clip was disappointing, but the light works as advertised.
