I received mine, threw a battery in it, and 1 min later it was working. 2 mins later it was full power, working beautifully. I like the button and that it starts in dim. The powerful setting is much better than my previous AAA flashlight so I am super happy with the output. It is a great little LED!
The brass is beautiful, more polished than I expected. I am excited to see how it will naturally patina! The clip is great but the holes are tiny. I am not sure what I will be able to fit in there, so I just have something slipped under the clip for now.
My favorite little detail (that I didnt know was coming) is the little glow ring in between the reflector and the lens. You turn off this flashlight and it glows in the dark for a bit! Not bright by any means but still a really cool little detail.
It feels great, but it is a little smaller than I expected. Either way I love it! Can't beat it for the price for sure!
