Jriss1It has a clicky on the End Cap. Just load your aaa battery into your light, tighten the light then click ONE time! If your light does not turn on right away it is okay. This slight delay is due to the patented electronic clicky switch in the tail cap. There is a capacitor that will be charged with that first click. This may take somewhere between 45 seconds to 130 seconds. In many cases this will have to be done before your light will function the way its supposed to with the three modes. Hope this helps a few owners out.
