Very disappointed in this product. I put it in my truck so that i could see under the seats in the dark; when i went to use it yesterday for the first time since initially trying it out it flashed and then didn't work. Puttin in another battery made no difference. Not nearly as quality as the Maratac AAA I have which lives on a keychain and sees much more use, and almost as expensive.

BRAlNlACSo assuming the first battery totally drained. You put in a fresh battery, now did you let it charge up the e-switch capacitor for a few minutes first?

BRAlNlACI have 2 and love them. Great customer service. Crack it open, take clicky-end off and connect the battery and edge of the outside cylinder with piece of wire/metal (pocket knife works). If light comes on, it's just the clicky and they'll send you a new one free from China. Also, the clicky itself has to "charge" for a little while with a new battery....leave new battery in for an hour and retry turning it on. Surprised me!

TRSUPERGwho do i contact for customer service? That's essentially why I left the review, it's not at all clear who to contact for customer service.

MassDDo you know about how I'm supposed to go about contacting customer service? It's not at all clear to me, and you list it as having a 1 year warranty.

BRAlNlACHad the same issue with my light(s). First one failed, second one (warranty replacement) failed. Mine never even left the bedroom, they were exclusively used indoors and lived on my nightstand. One day they work and a few weeks later they are dead.
