I've had the nichia version for around 6 months. Carried it every day since I got it for light-duty mostly indoor use. Have not experienced any of the major issues that other people are reporting, but maybe I just got lucky. The button on mine does have a little play to it, but not enough to be a problem. Only real con for me was the clip. It doesn't rest deep enough in the pocket and has really poor retention. Mine actually ended up falling off somehow, luckily not with the light attached, but I find that I actually prefer it without the clip. I ended up attaching a lanyard that I pulled off a cheap harbor freight flashlight and have been pleased so far (May try something nicer later on). Enjoyed this light so much that I also purchased the new massdrop copper version (and immediately removed the clip).

MrLindbergerTried for about 3 minutes. I LOVE the idea, but for me, I prefer i without the lanyard. Problem is, without anything protruding off center... This light becomes an escape artist, without the clip, and without a lanyard to weigh it down. Oh well... I tried it, at least! :P
LOVE the patina on that thing!
