Edit: This light lasted two years of daily carry. (Feb 2017 - April 2019) The switch has failed in the “on” position and will not turn off. I took apart the tail cap and am unable to work on the small printed circuit board. The rest of the light is in great shape. I have ordered another light as replacement, but I wish I could just order the internal switch. The review below still stands.
This is a great light. I do not like using my phone light and I get into a lot of cabinets or crawl under spaces where I need two hands to perform a task.
Good things:
1. Finish and materials are excellent.
2. Variable light settings work well.
3. Battery life seems to last for a long time.
4. The size of the light means it easily carries in the pocket.
The only two negatives about the light:
1. The key ring is practically useless for me, it was too small.
2. The light can become very "warm" if used for longer periods on the high setting.
I have the Nichia 219 LED and the softer light tone helps not to blind when there are reflective materials in the area I shine the light.
