techmattrAgreed. From the photos, it appears very similar in quality to the import versions found on amazon. :/ Cudos to layout though. Superb for for it’s intended purpose. Knife, watch, pens, flashlights, and all the other pocket fodder would display beautifully, and nicely organized. Should without a doubt be using glass as opposed to acrylic at this price point.

techmattrWe reviewed a number of samples and chose the vendor with the highest quality of materials, construction, and fit and finish. Unique design aside, I think you would be hard-pressed to find anything of the same size and quality for the same price or even a bit more. JonasHeinemanGreatly appreciate you taking the time to address questions and concerns pertaining to quality of build as well as fit and finish. I’ll take stock in your statements and give it a go. My current display cases leave me wanting more, in relation to layout and build quality. I have to mention again though, glass be a welcomed addition. It adds a nice weight to the lid and can be cleaned/dusted without risk of hazing or swirling.

JonasHeinemanJonas, if you had chosen the best materials this would be made of real leather and hardwood AND glass. Don't mean to be offensive but the price is completely excessive.

JonasHeinemanYeah I'm hoping to be pleasantly surprised. I'll be sure to follow up once they start arriving at our doorsteps. At the very least it's a fantastic and rare layout style for knife-centric EDC kits that I hope we start to see a lot more of. I think you guys hit a home run from that aspect. I already know that if I'm at least somewhat satisfied with the material quality of this first run I'd definitely pay more for a higher end version with a bottom drawer and solid wood / glass design.

JonasHeinemanI can find several under $50 options that are very similar on amazon and don't waste as much space for pen section and such. This seems to be more about show case then practical storage lets see if you can come up with a larger practical storage option that can hold the weight of say 30+ knives 10+ watches 10+ flashlight 10+ pens and adds room or drawers for zippo's and Bic's, how spinners and bottle openers, wallets and notebook sleeves, not to mention keys and keychain accessories and the rest of EDC. But hey a phone charger in a box seems totally practical.

So yeah. I'm going to buy this but not too happy about the price. I haven't found anything else with the layout as ideal as this and I don't have the time to make my own. I have a feeling I'll be happy with the layout but will be underwhelmed by the product itself. It looks cheap in the pictures so I imagine it will look/feel cheap in person. I hate saying these things before actually having the product in hand but from the pictures the quality is just really really underwhelming. Especially for the price.
