Nice first attempt. This is almost there. As others have mentioned, you need to run that watch selection across the bottom to accommodate more options. I'd expand the knife rack to float over the middle section to accommodate larger folders, or make an option where the middle section is divided into two parts that accommodate narrower items like pens/lights with the secondary storage underneath, or make the middle row the full width.

RocknropeYeah I get it...but there are lots of watch boxes out in the world. This was quite intentionally designed to serve knife collectors, and also have space for a few watches. I've discussed in previous comments why modular design is hard to accomplish, and also that we will try to make storage expansion available if we get enough orders for the box itself - we are close! JonasHeinemanI picked on up and later found out this knife slots don’t accommodate for a pm2 or even a BM 940, so it obviously wont fit a zt0562, which are three very very very common knives models in the edc world. How exactly is this intended to “serve knife collectors” if it’s not Accommandating folders like that? The majority of customs out there are even larger than the aforementioned production models, so whether your a low end or high end collector it doesn’t seem to hit that mark. I am looking forward to the second iteration if there is one.

Johnfrazier922why dont they just make it to where when u click buy u can select the exact type of modular design that u want like a watch holder a knife holder etc

Johnfrazier922Per the description, the slots are open-ended to accommodate larger knives. We had to draw the line somewhere, otherwise the box would just keep getting bigger until it wasn't practical. If we made a box to hold 10 knives all up to 6" long, and 6 watches, and sunglasses, now it's a safe more than a valet box. So your feedback is noted, but we did consider the range of knives before making the decision about slot size - and then quite purposefully leaving them open to allow larger knives to overhang.

Adding/Including Memories
I lost my dad last year (2023) and have been finding ways to include keepsakes/memories in my workstation. I've dabbled here and there with doing small woodworking projects and attempted a wrist rest from a piece of oak I picked up with him from my great uncles wood shop. I milled it to fit a 60% keyboard as I hadn't decided what keyboard I would be using it on and thought that's where most of my wrist would be in contact even typing on a full keyboard. I gave it a torched/burn appearance as I really was lost in what to do. I found an old shell casing from going hunting with my dad in my hunting pack and decided to imbed it into the end of the wrist rest so it would just have a little difference and a small story behind it as well. I have other things around my workstation from family and friends, but it just feels a little more special having worked on it and adding something small that has a memory for me to it. (Purple was my grandmothers favorite color and I have kinda now...
