For those not delighted with natural Patina, you can disassemble the light, and dip the copper pieces into a silver polish or Tarn-X for a few seconds. Rinse with water, and it will be back to its‘ pristine bright finish.

glennacIs it really necessary to dissassemble the light to do that? I ask this as I think it is perhaps safer to avoid liquids get into electronics

TDELEONWell, I suppose, since it is water-resistant, perhaps not. But I’m not sure I’d want to chance it so would personally isolate the copper parts first. Then thoroughly see that it is dry before reassembling.
