Hi, My fn key doesnt seem to be working, i cant seem to be able to enter into the fn layer. can someone guide me through the process to fix this issue? thanks!

seaniyso i found out that my fn key and right alt key arent working. i've tried resetting the firmware as well as setting them to "a" to test them out and they dont work. anyone can help me on this?
