Can anyone help me? I press the y key once and it intermittently registers twice or thrice. So instead of just "y", it becomes "yy" or "yyy". I message Massdrop support and this is their reply: "This is Rachel with Massdrop Community Support. Thank you for your patience and for contacting us to report that your keyboard is registering keystrokes more than once; I'm happy to help! Unfortunately, we do not have the technical knowledge to provide you with the answer to your specific product question. We do our best to include very detailed product information on the drop pages, but if you cannot find the answer you are looking for, we suggest heading over to the drop discussion and asking the community! I've found that members are often very eager to share their product knowledge with others. You might be able to find some helpful troubleshooting tips there. I hope this helps! Please write back into us if we can help with anything else. " So I guess a Massdrop can't provide support on a Massdrop made product and is leaving troubleshooting to the community. Per their suggestion I am posting my problem here. I'm really pissed that Massdrop won't or can't help me on an issue on a product that they made. So hopefully someone here can help.

AvalonMabiI'm on my first replacement, and about to have it swapped again for the double tapping problem. Switched to a usb 2.0 port, we'll see if it helps anything.

PigmonkeYAt least they provided you with a replacement. My current CTRL is already a replacement due to broken LEDs on my first one. This likely is my last Massdrop made keyboard purchase.

AvalonMabiHah, my first one had LED issues, too. So far, being plugged into usb 2.0 seems to help for some reason.

AvalonMabiOn your "Y" key try changing the switch of the key from the switch of a different key. If the problem is fixed then you need to replace the faulty switch (You can order some online on websites like https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/), if not you need to get a replacement keyboard. (What switch type did you get)

Ty535I have a Halo True switch. I will try that tomorrow. I wonder why Massdrop couldn't think of that and offer to send me a switch since it is just 4 months since I've received their keyboard.

AvalonMabiI'm now waiting on my second replacement. Hopefully this one is better. maybe i'll just be changing the switches in the future. I can't imagine the halo true's have this high of a defect rate.
