Just received these...the sound quality is...more of everything (bass, mids, treble). I can’t imagine these falling short on sound quality...to anyone‘s ears...in the bass department. The bass doesn’t overwhelm the mids but sub bass is there in spades without any trace of muddiness. The overall sound to my ears...energetic & gripping...& with authority. The comfort is decadent...plush surrounds...inner ear cups actually rotate (swivel) to your liking. This is a great feature for angling the ear opening for a custom fit. I’ve not heard of anyone mentioning the aesthetic trick that the color displays on these. These appear black; they actually have a brown hue (iridescent like). I took close up pics as this has to be seen to be believed...really nice visual effect. I’m so glad that I picked these up.
