Just got myself these and I was wondering where does one by the replacement ear pads. Prices seem to range from 100 USD and up - this can't be right!! Does anybody know where to source them at a reasonable price. I have no interest in other brands as I find the stock pads quite ok. Thanks in advance.

The pads are very durable and will last a long time, I don't think u will ever have to replace them.

Cheers mate - I like to have at least a spare pair just in case. I did find these: https://www.aliexpress.com/wholesale?catId=0&initiative_id=SB_20191022002440&SearchText=fostex+th610+pads&switch_new_app=y A few to choose from though. Be nice to know where to get the same pads as supplied. Perhaps Drop will come to the party one day - I'm sure there would be a few takers.

They periodically run Dekoni Pad drops for the THX00/TRX00 line. I ordered a pair. They weren't really expensive and had better padding than the stock pads.

Cheers mate - yeah, totally forgot about those dudes. Do I need the attenuation ring or will the dekoni pleather/sheepskin fit on the existing ring??

If you do not want to change the sound signature drastically. Get the protein leather pads with the attenuation rings. You also need the mounting ring aswell.
