Should I go for these beautiful cans which have a nod to bass which works for me and skip buying the DarkVoice and the Sennheiser PC37X for my PC? Any advice would be whole heartedly appreciated!

Definitely, especially considering how rare these are (limited amount) and for 400 bucks, definitely one of the best "bang for the buck" options. These are killer cans, the sound is fantastic, sub bass is so yummy and goes deep and overall these blow the PC37X away. You can buy an amp later when you save up some money (definitely buy one when you can), these headphones aren't hard to drive and you'll be able to push them from your PC without problems in the meantime.
Also having a separate microphone on your desk isnt an issue imo, you get used to it really fast.
Watch a few reviews of those on Youtube. Everyone who tried them has only had positive things to say. The pros outweight the cons of these headphones by a huge amount.
Hope that helps a bit.

Yeah I'd definately take these and solid state over the PC37X. I'd say K7XX or Fidelio X2s would be an even better value bassy alternative with a solid state going by sound quality. HD6XX would be better again if just want some warmth, not as bassy though and harder to drive.
