I contacted customer support with an issue with my headphones. Whats the response time from them? It's been about five days

Wooden cup separating from the headphones. Pretty big gap
Without any photos, it's hard to say if there is really a problem with your phones or not, but if you're referring to the gap between the cups and the cans, it's a vent that is meant to be there. Check out the close-up photos on the description page.

Yeahhh, the gap in your second photo seems pretty big. It is possible to remove the cup and maybe reseat them properly, but I would recommend waiting for a reply from MD before resorting to anything on your own. Hope you hear from them soon!
MIne has a gap between the wood cup and metal frame, but the space between is even all around the cups and not as large as in photo #2
