Trying to repair these, the headband snapped off and I finally got all the replacement parts I need. Issue is I cant seem to figure out how to replace the cup hinges. There's some sort of clip system, and It looks like they're glued to the bolt holding them in place. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

MassDerpWhere did you find replacement parts for them ? Cup hinge and that small screw that goes into the metal shaft both broke :(

ShuyinWhoops Sorry for the late reply: https://www.fullcompass.com/brand/fos-fostex/accessories/parts-replacement-service/headphone-parts/ There you go. I believe I documented the repair in a further post. EDIT: Don't buy the screw from this link. Get a BIG HEAD M2 Screw that's 6-8mm in length.

MassDerpThis was a very helpful post. After 6 years, one of the screws snapped inside the post that holds the hanger to the headband. I ended up ordering said post from fullcompas, but (as you said) they don't have the correct screw. Luckily I had one laying around in my box of parts and I was able to fix my headphones.

UrVAITguyI had alot of trouble getting parts from Fullcompass to Europe. So if anyone not from America sees this. Check this guy out on ebay: Fostex TH-X00, E-MU Teak headphones repair kit: shaft, screw, spring, washers | eBay Ordered two kits and managed to save my headphones.
