A few questions:
- What exactly does this 2 year manufacturer's warranty cover? Motor burnout, workmanship defect, etc.? Does Massdrop enter the warranty process at any time? - Are there options to replace the frame if there are issues with the motor? - Does this ship flat with assembly required? (I assume yes, but maybe some of the items are pre-assembled already) - What is the weight of the 60" tabletop? I want to use my own, but I want to compare it to the one that would ship with the desk. - If I opt out of a tabletop to be shipped with the frame, is mounting hardware included? If not, what mounting hardware is compatible in terms of screw sizes and mount points? - Is there an option to mount casters to the legs? - Is there an option to mount a sway bar / cross brace to reduce wobble?
I'm all for adjustable desks being more affordable, but at the same time I also want to ensure if I commit to buying something, it's not going to break a few months after I assemble and use it on a daily basis.
