I just received my desk and I've hit a snag. The screw holes for one of the feet do not line up and I cannot screw it in. I hope that massdrop can send me new foot for the desk. It looks like mine wasn't one of the desks that was assembled and inspected :(

naveedx983Me too naveedx983. I opened a case with Massdrop. I'm waiting for them to get back to me. After seeing your post, I'm going to unbox my tabletop completely and examine it as well. Once I hit the issue with the feet, I stopped the assmebly and repacked the stand.
I'm starting to wish I had spent the extra $100-$150 and bought an autonomous desk. A co-worker, and a friend of mine each have one. They are very happy with their purchase and do not have any quality issues. However, I'm sure that Massdrop will address our issues soon.

somashekar10Hi @somashekar10, I did get a response from Massdrop. They responded in a timely manner (about 2 days). They gave me the option to send everything back at their expense for a refund, or have them send a new base in exchange. I chose a new base. I have to send the old base to them with prepaid labels they provided.
I already received the replacement base, but I’m on vacation right now. I plan on assembling the desk this Sunday after I return and will post an update.
My advice to you is to file a support request and include pics of your issue. After 2 or 3 days the issue gets assigned to a support specialist who will get Back to you with options.

jims2321I assembled the replacement base that Massdrop shipped to me. I'm happy to say that it was free of defect. So now I just need to ship back the old one back to Massdrop using the pre-paid return label they provided.
As a side note, I just noticed that my table top was damaged during shipping (photo included). I had looked at it, it seemed just fine, but I should have taken the foam covers off the ends and looked at it more carefully. Time to file another ticket with Massdrop to get the top replaced. :(
