Hey everyone! Many people have started to receive their boxes, and we'd like to create a thread showing all your loot! Please take a single picture of your mystery box with the contents inside (be careful not to have any personal identifying information in the photo!) Post it as a reply here! P.S. I'll probably send some leftover goodies to a few photo contributors ;)
Also: The community has started a discord for trading items from their boxes. Check them out here: https://discord.gg/jFVtkYC (note: Drop does not endorse or guarantee any of the trades being done in that channel, please exercise caution when coordinating any trades.)
so got 1 of my 2 boxes but my 2nd box shipped first? Got one box that was empty with no item in it, the pan is missing the lid - hopefully massdrop can fix it. Excited to see what my 2nd box has.
arhythmCongrats. You probably got right size. Those dress shoes normally wear one size smaller. Perfect fit. Enjoy them. They look like high quality shoes.
KevinWas worried about the size of the bix but i did much better than i expected! The shoes are so close to fitting it breaks my heart. My favorite items out of the box are the raspberry pi kit and the tabletop storage case!
Definitely took an L on this one ($100 box). Got the acrylic Apt keyboard, X-small Massdrop Peak Merino Hoodie, Olive Wren duvet cover (full to queen size), Bolle snow goggles, erasable whiteboard notebook, Muvo 2 waterproof portable speaker (forgot to get that in the picture).
Of everything, I’m most pleased with the notebook. I’m a large for most tops, so not going to bother to try on hoodie, probably will be a few years until kids are old enough to get onto ski slope, and only have one full size bed in the house (everything else is a crib/toddler size or king). Trying out keyboard (my first mechanical, so initially I was excited until I saw reviews).
I understand this is how it goes with these things, but disappointed with the offloaded X-small sizing. Probably wouldn’t do this again unless for dedicated interest groups, or at least non-clothing option.
KevinOutdoor Research Sombriolet Sun Hat. $42
Kershaw 1990 $20
BunGu Box ink $40
Darn Tough Socks for women $20
Swiss Army Knife $25
Schneider FH Ray fountain pen $15
Peak Design Camera Cover (Medium) $40
Diplomat Fountain Pen Magnum Softouch $13
FJALL Raven G-1000 Vidda Pro Trousers (size 36 waist) $100
So yeah totally worth more than the $100 price for the box. But I will only keep the knives hat and socks.
Kevin$250 box. Some really nice stuff in there but nothing I needed/wanted.
Pants are size 56 38"-39" and I'd love to trade down in size.
I'll be checking out the discord!
Size 11 Puro White Low-Top Sneakers (too big for me, but perfect for my youngest boy. He put them on and has been happy as a clam)
1 pair of Saxx boxer briefs (my size and very comfortable)
Black S.MS.L. M6 HiFi Multifunctional Mini DAC Decoder + Headphone Amplifier Asynchronous (not sure what to do with yet)
Naiade Expansion pack for Zombicide (perfect for my friend's son - loves painting figurines and playing board games)
the LION - a Violet Craft English Paper Piecing project (not sure about this one either, no one in family is interested)
Superlux S241/U3 Condenser Microphone (biggest surprise, was just pricing out a condenser microphone for my home studio. Could not believe it was included. My wife was is very excited for me)
Feel like I got a super deal with just the shoes, the briefs and the microphone, everything else is just frosting. Almost didn't pull the trigger as money has been tight, but felt I might regret not taking a chance (have had good luck with some Blue Boxes here). Glad I did!
Got my $100 box today.
Received:
Pack of quilting squares - $20-30?
Orca 27oz insulated mug - $20
Epicurean cutting board - $42
One pair of weird toe socks (invoice said 3 pack, but only got two socks. Not mad because what am I gonna do with a single spare sock?) $no idea
Gregory Deva 70 Women’s backpack - $2-300
KevinThe geek in me died a little (was really hoping for a keyboard) but not a bad haul. The underwear are my size so that's a plus :-)
The instructions said take a picture of the box with the contents inside, but that was next to impossible since it was stuffed to the gills.
KevinNot letting me post an image for some reason, maybe doesn't work in chrome suddenly.
Anyway, just got mine and I guess its not a bad haul, but not a whole lot I could even use. $100 box, and ended up with 8 items. I seem to be one of the few who ended up with shoes.
This is Ground Pen & Pencil case, Toffee ($?)
Eccolo Classic Legend Journal, Brown (Only 1, but sold in 2-pack here; $?)
Muroexe Eternal Atom Sneakers, Black, 11US ($?)
OmniCraft 12 1/2 in Square Up Ruler (don't see it on this site?)
Creative Outlier Sports Wireless earbud ($50)
Nitecore HC60 Headlamp ($60)
Steripen Aqua ($60)
First of Infinity 10 yard cut bundles, Stardust, ($?)
Shoes are a bit too large, and as someone who doesn't really use or collect pens, the pen case and journal seem like the highpoints that don't grab me. Only the HC60 headlamp is something I'll probably use. Can't use in-ear buds either.
Kevin$100 box. Nothing I really needed, but not a bad box, the knife and fitbit are enough to be worth it. The rest is just fluff.
Anyone need an aluminum keyboard case?
$100 box - happy even though I'm not keeping most of it. Definitely a good value!
Kershaw Blackout 1550
Snow River 12" x 18" Carve & Serve board
Safilo Group Carrera 5003/ST Sunglasses
Lamy Aion fountain pen
8x TR6IX NGK Iridium Spark Plugs
Creative MUVO 2 portable bluetooth speaker
Women's XL Base Layer Everyday LS Crew shirt (Vino color)
My $100 box had a nice haul - Baubax bomber travel jacket, Injinji toe socks (3-pack), large bottle of blue fountain pen ink, titanium whistle/bottle opener, Kershaw tanto blade, large wine glass. I'm pretty happy with my box overall! I can wear and use it all, except for the wine glass, which arrived broken. Can I get a replacement for the broken item? (Maybe a fountain pen? :)
Great box for me! The 1070Ti was worth it immediately for me, especially because my graphics card is at 660 atm. The mixing bowl is useful, the DAC is okay, the shoes are size 10.5 so if anyone would like to trade for something I am down for it!

This was an OUTSTANDING experience. I was apprehensive all the way when really, I should have just trusted in MD. The monitor, pen roll, desk pad, and ink were right up my alley and made the box totally worth it. My wife grabbed the socks, deck box, and a few other items. There's very little we can't use or find a good home for. It even arrived on my birthday to boot!!
Kevin$250 Box - was hoping for a pair of headphones but that's the gamble with a mystery box. Only thing not in the picture was the Spier and Mackay charcoal suit that shockingly fits my father.
the following in my $250 box:
Black Vue 650 s 2CH 1080p
Diplomat Aero rollerball pen Matte Black
GEFU spiral slicer
Higonokami Koriwa Folding knife in brown
'Solid Brass' engraved slim Zippo
Puro White low-top sneakers (maybe size11)
A 'Something Superior' green hoodie
Brown shorts or pants Excio something
4x Darn Tough socks
Saxx Underwear
Taccia Kimono Midnight Single Pen wrap
KevinI have not received mine yet, but after seeing everyone who shared their contents, I see so many fun and interesting Xmas presents to share with my family and friends, thank you all who shared! and can anyone link the discord, maybe if someone is selling something I might want for myself, I will get it!
My Drop Interests are Audiophile, Tech, PC Gaming, and Photography so I of course got a lot of knives (and a pair of ladies underwear) in my $250 box. Full list with my best guesses on value from quick searches:
Knockout Damascus KS1870OLDAM (~$120)
Yaxell Dragon 8.5" Fusion Knife (~$150)
Brous Razorback Stonewash (~$250)
Viners Titan Gold 5 Knife Set w/ Magnetic Block (~$100)
Altra Lone Peak 3.0 running shoes (in my size!) (~$100)
KevinBit the bullet on the $100 option and I'm honestly glad I did!
Got a last gen MSI Trident 3 SFF Gaming PC (Woot!) and an APT Hall Effect Keyboard, a mini LED keychain, Fjall Raven pants, N2-B Barricade Parka, some women's' socks, and a food thermometer and a set of salt and pepper shakers.
KevinHey, one of my boxes shipped on may 8th and hasn't gotten here yet hut the one that shipped on may 15th has.
Also the one that came today .. yeH.. you guys shorted me a harddrive. The box for a kingston HyperX 960gb SSD was in my box, BUT THERE WAS NO DRIVE. What the hell is wrong with you?
IhelfrichContact customer support and they will look after you. These items have been stacked in the warehouse for months or years; some of them (suspiciously the more valuable items) find their ways into peoples pockets.
KevinLeft a similar product review... NB: I usually love these kinds of things. (Tangentially, I am very concerned that people think this was a new concept and/or a bad idea - Woot's bag of crap has, hundreds of times, sold out in minutes for like 10 years)
Perhaps my hopes were up after reading what everyone else was getting (hell, even the giant board with no legs would have been cool with me), or maybe I just got the "worst" box (or the worst luck - I do like to gamble - which may also explain why:). Again, I usually love these things, and always feel like I got at least the value I put into it... until today. I will not post a picture for fear of 1) Being laughed at even harder, 2) Hurting the Drop brand by showing a really badly randomized box, and 3) Reminding myself that I paid 4 times what I had previously spent on the most expensive offering from other online merchants I frequent.
8 total items in my $100 box - and here they are in descending order of "wow" (from meh down to woh-woh) were: a Yaxell rocker fusion chefs knife (I love Yaxell knives, but this is one of their lower-grade knives - if it were a Gou or Super Gou, I would be bouncing off the walls. If I weren't a pseudo-celebrity chef, I would be REALLY disappointed with this box), a Dragon-embossed Zippo (novelty kitch, conveniently with a $49.50 retail price tag on it to try and make me feel better - it didn't), an epicurean 9x11 MDF cutting board (again, y'all are lucky I cook), some Italian made white-as-my-butt-in-the-winter (Mass)Drop-branded sneakers (they MIGHT be really nice - and I'm even a designer-wear whore and certified-hoarder-sneakerhead, but I haven't been a 7.5 since I was 11 - fortunately a team member at work fit them perfectly), a box of 12 thread spools (even luckier I'm the seamster in the house - but Susan should REALLY reconsider putting her picture on the package), a pack of nothing special sketch books (flimsy, odd sized, few pages, not very thick stock), a pair of merino socks (I will wear these, they're nice and actual people sized), and probably the lamest of all non-sanctioned MTG token cards (and lamest by MTG player standards I'm sure - but I wouldn't know as I haven't touched a Magic card since 1997). Nothing electronic (despite 20% of items being tech - I am a software engineer IRL, audiophile, and a mech keeb freak - bummer), and nothing I could really say, "OK, I can at least sell/trade these things and be confident of the $100 I put into it". I am more than happy to help your devs write a better box-building heuristic / combinatorial auction algorithm that would minimize disappointment for the largest % of the population possible - maybe for the next one.
:sad panda face:
KevinNot too disappointed with my box, but also not wowed by it.
Got a decent pair of IEMs I'm currently blasting some Elder through, a beautiful pen roll that I'll have to buy more pens for and a pretty nice wok that'll make me look like a functional adult.
Then I got 4 items of pretty unusable clothes: size 12 Sebago boots, a small women's tank top, a medium Outdoor Research Women's jacket, and the pièce de résistance: Large Rothco Digital Camo cargo shorts.
If anyone wants to trade for the clothing items, I'm a size small-medium in men's and size 7-7.5 in men's shoes. (I so small.)
A no clothing or selectable clothing size option would have been amazing, but alas, that's what you get for gambling on mystery.
m0roI guess... the knife made me not punch a hole in the wall (it retails for $150, is highly rated, and is from a brand I love), but not a SINGLE tech item? I get that they’ve gotta unload sneakers no one wants and like 3/4 boxes got socks - but as I mentioned, if I didn’t cook I would be livid having seen such great hauls from 95% of folks. A slightly informed bin-packing algorithm would yield better results for the vast majority
theMillerDaveDoing a rough count you got at least like $350-$400 worth of stuff for $100, including stuff you will actually use and be happy with, I dunno man. Those sneakers alone were $90 originally and you can probably sell em to a sneaker head and get at least half your box cost back. If I got a knife that I liked and was worth more than my box I'd be pretty fucking stocked just with that. You could literally get nothing useful to you with how much stuff people are getting. I guess I just don't get it, I think it would be pretty easy to be happy in your position.
m0ro🤦🏻♂️ lol complaining he got a $150 knife plus a bunch of other shit for $100. he conveniently doesn’t list half of the other stuff because even though it doesn’t have value to him, I’m sure it’s worth something. most boxes from here and on the discord have more like 5x and higher the worth.
KevinI feel like I got a great haul for $100, highlight (to me at least) by the MSI gaming laptop. Not a great graphics card but whatever, for $100 I'm not finding a better deal haha. Shoes aren't my size but perhaps will make a nice father's day gift.
KevinWell.
Its the 20th and my box has yet to even be assigned a tracking number, so this makes me sad, well not really, I havent been issued a refund yet, so something might come of it all, I am hopeful and waiting, and at the same time, I am also looking forward to seeing what my family and friends will be getting for Xmas!
KevinIs there any update on the orders that haven't been shipped yet? Saw the email about ones being shipped after the 20th, how soon? also why are some shipping a lot later than the others?
KevinPretty crazy $250 drop for me. Highlight is the MSI PL60 laptop. My friend went through a breakup recently and she took their only computer, so this is a great opportunity to help him out by gifting him that. Other standouts for me are the Allen Edmonds Chukka Snuff shoes (only 1/2 a size big), the Schott Zwiesel Tritan Classico Wine Goblets, FX Audio PH-A1, and the NeoAir Xtherm Max inflatable mattress.
KevinTemper your expectations. Couldn't be less happy about how this all went out, but that's the game I guess.
Two pieces of clothing that don't fit, a quilt I have to con somebody into making for me, a box for playing cards with a dragon on it, a pen I don't have ink for but maybe it's nice? Maybe someday I'll get to building a system around this balanced headphone cable. The servo motor really kills me. $100 box, 6.3 lbs shipped. Here I was thinking it was safe to hope for a cheap knife and a new hiking hat. Sucks to get the box that balances out the great ones other people have gotten.
The "mens pewter size 36 ferrosi" pants didn't make it into the picture.
KevinI am a little concerned about 2 of my boxes I purchased on the 27th that have not been shipped, as you have already shipped the box I purchased on the 28th? I'm going to convince myself "you saved the best for last".... right?
KevinWhat an interesting experiment this has been.
After reading the comments and going through unboxing myself it seems we're all just human =)
Lotto, mystery box, loot box. Whatever you want to call it we're all suckers but can't resist. A guaranteed increase in value with the chance of winning even more seems like a sure bet. Given the category breakdown everyone thinks of their favorite item while clicking buy.
Happy boxes seem based on obtaining at least one item of interest/usefulness, regardless of price, OR an item of large value regardless of interest.
Sad boxes are based on obtaining no items of interest regardless of total value OR an item of interest in the wrong size/configuration. (cough. desktop w/o legs shadows over all other items received).
What I'm curious about
Does the $100 start price increase the polarization of opinion. Is the knee jerk reaction to a bad box just loss aversion?
Why two pricing tiers? If the % chance of large item is equal in both.
Does the category breakdown help or hurt more?
Category breakdown gives people a sense of control when going into purchase decision. This triggers gambling mentality.
When gamble doesn't pay off does one double down or chicken out?
Is asking to share box contents beneficial?
Seeing a box of personally desirable items getting trashed by others as a bad box is painful.
got to run a mini mystery box to find out? (hint hint)
I digress. My box.

Biggest win = one pair of darn tough socks that fit. I <3 darn tough socks. After watching everyone get multiples of socks that don't fit all I prayed for was one pair of socks that fit.
Biggest loss = not getting a knife or a pen. Calligraphy stater kit was painful to pull out of box. I'll keep praying for this I suppose.
theonugSame, 😂 got notification this morning it's going to be even later than the 20th before it ships. Hanging on the hope of "saving the best for last" 🙂
JmyJyatsLol me too, no shipping notification yet for my $100 box.... Something is telling me this is not a good sign and I'm about to get a bunch of mismatched leftover crap with an MD logo, but I guess we'll see :( Maybe they're holding the good stuff.... like the Focal Elears.... for those who have patiently waited this long ;) I have to admit the comments here have been entertaining though.
This mystery box was a blast. I also was another lucky one to score a MSI gaming laptop, the same as previous poster. I received lots of other interesting stuff in this box, some I can use and others to gift or trade. 👍👍👌
KevinJust to give you guys a heads up, the 30% that they have not shipped out yet are going to get ripped off. Drop over sold on how many boxes they had available so the last people are going to 1 or 2 items that are left behind and the rest will be trash that massdrop is just going to fill in since they dont have enough. Talked to a rep. And they said my box has been set aside but they cant ship it for some magic reason. Yeh ok your just wait till you receive your trash items to fill in the rest of my box. Good Job on over promising and under delivering. Thieving crooks.
SpotblockerIf this is true, I'll be pissed. Wouldn't that also go against their percentages they've listed for the category assortment if they just grab random crap that isn't worth anything? Sounds like a good legal problem coming up.
albertaveryJust to give you guys a heads up, the 30% that they have not shipped out yet are going to get ripped off. albertaveryWell I hope I'm wrong, I could be over thinking this since I'm leaving the country soon for almost 2 months and I was planning on having this before I left. It's kind of got me on edge. Plus all the mystery boxes i got so far were a waste of money. Could have spent the same money on Amazon and got a month sooner for the same price or less. Just what set me off the most was the rep told me all my stuff has been set aside but they cant ship it and they dont know any ETA when they would ship it. How can they send an email saying in the next couple of days but tell me no ETA the next day. Unless there waiting on a package to clear customs for some junk items that are not part of the inventory that was promised (i.e. socks, trash pen, etc.)
KevinIm pretty stoked about my 250 box. I got a good assortment of stuff. If I can sell the sound card, I got the rest for about 50 bucks.
- SoundBlaster ZxR [ST]
- Eachine Wizard x220 (already flew it once without destroying it... biggest win of all)
- practice lock (going to father in law to match lockpick set I got him for Xmas)
- Manufactus Colonna leather journal [ST]
- Pen robe, err...kimono [ST]
- Omnigrid quilters travel case [ST]
- Fabric cutting rotary blades [ST]
- SAXX tights (that fit)
- XXL Spier & Mackey dress shirt (doesnt fit) [ST]
- darn tough womens socks (fit my wife)
- 8L compression sack
- Matfer 8" black steel frying pan [ST]
- large cutting board
- Emile Henry Lasagna pan (came busted; support ticket submitted)
[ST] = for sale or trade
Shout out to Drop and @Kevin for dealing with all the people who aren't as happy as I am with this experience. I would do this again for sure. Shoulda bought 2.
SpotblockerI hope you are wrong too, I am not one to think sunshine and butterflys of anyone or any company, but seeing what others have gotten and the fact that reputation is KING in the interconnected world of things, I would hope Drop would do the right thing, and just give us things that are not just junk laying around, but compensable to other things that were sent.
Just my 2-cents and by 2 cents, I mean both sides of a penny!
KevinFinally recieved my $250 box. I wish I was more happy with the contents (was hoping for at least one PC/knives/audio/keeb thing), but this is how it goes. All in all, this was a fun and interesting experience. Many thanks to @Kevin for doing this.

KevinTo quote Charlie Brown: "I got a rock"
My box was a huge L. Got 0 tech, Mech, audio, or knives. Instead I got clothing( most underwear) that is 2 sizes to big and backpacks galore...and tent stakes with no tent.
The full list of stuff I got in my box:
Navy Solid Clim L Casual OX button-up shirt. I am a Medium but this could be gifted/traded.
Royal XL Give-N-Go boxers. Way big and its creepy to give people underwear.
Curfew XL sport mesh Boxers. Way big. Coincidentally based near where I live in Seattle. I wonder if I can exchange them for my size.
Simple Me + You Indah Pops, basically a bunch of fabric
Splash 25 liter lightweight back pack. Sounds cool but unfortunately cant get the air frame to work as the plug thing for pump is not connected to the air system and I am not seeing a way for it to connect(didn't come with instructions) so it does not hold air when pumped.
Black rush 24 5.11 Tactile backpack
OMA CLASSIC EDITION BONUS TOKENS. The only info i can find on these are that are all of the Bonus Tokens that were created for the first Classic Art Tokens Kickstarter project. All Backers received these Tokens for free.
VARGO TITANIUM TENT STAKES (6-PACK) - Nail pegs. These came with alot of empty plastic attached and no tent to use them with unfortunately.
I will definitely try and trade everything in my box because it either doesn't fit or I cant use it.
KevinGenenerally a really good haul, only thing that confused me was the missing Moman Gimpro One, the only thing of it was a label that was for the item. Other than that this turned out good for me, I wish the same for others (Except for the whole missing item/parts issue most are having to deal with).
KevinI bought 2 $100 boxes and they just shipped. First one is 1 box at 12.70 LBS.
The second one is two boxes, 1st box at 20.10 LBS and the 2nd one is at 9.80 LBS.
I hope to God I don't get the desktop with no legs. If not I'll be in contact with customer support as the others have lmao.
I'll be posting my results when they come in next week!
In sum, based on average list prices on the web (I had to guess on the Kokka bundles based on individual 1/2 yard pieces sold). retail value is around $500?? I'm probably only going to keep the waterproof spray since I'm not a gamer (or have a desire to upgrade my motherboard or have a lit up keyboard), I don't have a 38-39 waist nor do I have a 30 waist (Orion advises you to buy a size up), and I definitely do not knit or sew pillows, baby clothes, etc.
Having said that, I'll be really happy if I can resell most of the abovementioned for $200 or so - double my money and end up with a waterproofing spray!
Did I wish I received something I liked or could have kept (besides the spray)? Most definitely! Do I regret participating in this drop? Absolutely not! I had a great time and enjoyed myself. If I can end up with a little extra money in my pocket, great! And, if I happen to end up with an extra leftover goodie (*hint hint, Kevin), wonderful!
DankBallSackManI had the exact same weight as 9.80 LBS, granted most of the weight came from the aluminum keyboard case that came with the keyboard kit I got, here's wishing you the best of luck!
KevinGot my 100 dollar box today. Not terribly disappointed,at least the knives look pretty decent and it looks like the boardgame and jars may have some value. Not much use for the rest of it.
KevinThanks for your response, I've had time to think and more think about it. I guess was more mad about the vague standard customer service response, and I was over expecting a better answer then I got. Sorry about what I said and thank you for all what you and the team you work do.
JosefriveraYou can see it on the ups website once they receive the package from Drop. My box just shipped today, finally, and it's only 4.7 lbs :( I hope it's not a bunch of socks, but my dream of some real good loot is fading fast. Keeping up hope though... we'll see.
KevinRe posting to be in the running for the dji drone giveaway!
Photo I received is from my freight forwarder.

Also received a battery, and not an actual gimbal. I'm currently talking to Drop's customer service to see if they forgot to send me the gimbal and sent me parts instead.
KevinKevin
I just got my boxes, and while they were heavy, not a single keyboard, video card or laptop. I did receive a ton of interesting things though, I will share an image as well now.
All of it is interesting, and all of them will make great presents, and as an FYI the zither headphones, those alone priced out at 160 USD, the olive wren sheetset begins at 95 USD, so all in all, the quality of my xmas gifts this year will be off the hook!
If anyone wants to sell me a keyboard, I will join the discord this week now that I have my boxes in and find me!
Just in case you are interested in the socks and underwear: Exofficio Underwear (Women's M and Men's XXL), Darn Tough Socks (Calf length - women's L, 3 pack - M), Farm to Feet hiking socks (Large)
KevinSo the $100 box finally came. Weighed 4.6 lbs so I was nervous, but had some pretty decent stuff in it. I suppose this mystery box has met and maybe gone a little above my expectations, but didn't get anything 'next level'. Overall, this was a fun experience and happy I purchased it. Thanks for the Mystery Box Kevin! Check out the loot below:
Muvo 2C - $45ish
OMA Bonus Token Classic Art Tokens - $30ish?
Ka-Bar Knife 2225 - $75ish
1L Vargo Titanium Bot - $80ish
Omni Nettoyant Suede Shampoo - $25ish
Blue MX Cherry Switches (70) - $60ish

Anyone see anything they like? Send me a message to trade!
DankBallSackManAlright so my shipment finally came in. I was super excited and nervous. I really didn't want a desk with out legs or women's clothing, but I knew what I was getting into. I ordered 2 $100 packages and got three boxes in total. The estimates below are just estimates, pretty much what I could find on the internet. Some stuff might be worth more or less, I'm not sure.
1st package

GOGO Orange Pedal Tuner (Don't need. $80)

Pioneer Andrew Jones Bookshelf Speakers ($100)
Total value give or take:$805
Some final thoughts. Pretty much everything I can use or gift. The only two things I will sale or trade are Sweet Potato Yellow Omaezaki Ink and GOGO Orange Pedal Tuner. I definitely got lucky in terms of clothing because everything fits. I'm not much of an audiophile, but with the addition of headphones, speaker, and an amplifier; I may very well get a new record player to listen to some of my vinyl. I was also hoping to get a mechanical keyboard and not just the case, but as I stated earlier that case is built like a freaking AK. I'm kinda interested in building my own now.
Overall I'd rate this Drop a 0/5. I was really expecting at least a new car and a Rolex (;
Just joking I'd do it again. Thanks for the drop, and dabbing on these entitled cynical cry babies on the comments.
KevinMystery Box finally came in. It was good fun to open, very similar to opening presents as a kid. It was the $100 box.
APT Acrylic Keyboard Black RGB
Ka-Bar Mark 1 Knife
Tops TPMAC170-BRK Machete
ReyLight Pineapple Brass AA Flashlight
Massdrop Peak Merino Hoodie Men's XS
Something Strong XXL Hoodie
Tote Bag with Bikes on it
Futaba S3010 high torque motor
Lion sewing pattern
I will find use for most of the stuff, personal or gifts. The two knives exceed the dollar value of the $100 Mystery Box price tag. Was hoping for a fountain pen but maybe could trade one of the knives for one.
Would do it again. Will be browsing discord for some trades on the knives potentially.
WMikeCan't do the microphone (MSRP $100) or the dashcam (MSRP $330) unless you sweeten the deal, but I'd be willing to do pretty much anything else in that pic (speaker, headlamp, pen, and classic art tokens are all roughly around the same value as the cover if that helps)
Kevin@Kevin I'm trying to do research for building my keyboard and can't quite identify the exact model of case that I got. Anyway you could look it up by the SKU? MDX-12479-1
Thanks!
Eh good things do not come to those who wait....
I am failing to see the $250 value in here.
2 polos (Small and Extra Small), Underwear, Women's pants, tiny cutting board, pen case, notebook, single wine glass, Zippo Lighter, paracord water bottle, fountain pen, tiny scissors, and megaman cards.

KevinThis will be a two part post by me but let's just say I am thrilled with what I got. Don't need or want some of it but what I did get I love. I ordered one $100 bundle that got shipped in two boxes. Both boxes got delayed in shipment due to the bad weather in the midwest. You could see in this first box. It was beat up pretty bad which made my heart stop for a moment. That being said, it all made it safe and sound and what a haul. I still don't even know what is in my second box and that's okay. I am happy. I am not a big knife person so I will likely be trading or selling those. Please message me if interested.
1) AKG M220 Blue ($50) - I am happy with these even though I already have them. I will try to trade them or sell them on ebay. Objectively speaking, they were a win to get.
2) Saxx Underwear Size L ($30) - Normally I am a medium so these are a little big but they fill wonderful and should be able to shrink a little so a keeper for sure
3) Salvatore Ferragamo Sunglasses ($60) - They look good, they feel good and I need a new pair of sunglasses so score. When I saw these, I smiled.
4) TFZ Exclusive 5 ($100?) - Not a big IEM guy, I like over-ear headphones but I will give these a try and if I don't like them trade them or sell them. Again, objectively another win.
5) The Clammy 8 ($20) - Hahah got one quilting item. This one made me giggle, kind of like getting a funny white elephant gift. No idea what I am going to do with this. Anyone interested?
6) Boker Plus John Kubasek Credit Card Knife 2.25" Satin Blade ($40) - Not a knife person but still cool. Anyone interested?
7) Raidops Aquilo K100 2.85" blade ($120?) - Same thing, not a knife person but still kinda bad ass. Anyone interested?
8) Mionix Desk Pad ($30) - I already have a desk pad but this just became a re-gift. Either a white elephant or a gag gift for my brother or dad.
9) Black Diamond Knife Block ($90) - This one is a real winner because I think the wife is going to be very happy with it. She loves the modern look and hates my old ass wooden knife block so I think this will get me some brownie points which you can't put a $$$ on.
KevinI am very happy and amused with my $100 box. Got 3 tracking numbers and all arrived today. The copper saucepan is beautiful worth the $100 alone already. Funny thing is, I owned an A4 but it was totalled before last Thanksgiving, but it was a B7 so either way it wouldn't have been a keeper for me.
Contents: 1. Mr. Beer Craft Beer Kit
2. Carbon fiber A4 B8 Bumper lip

sqnsThank you for taking one for the team and getting the bumper lip. My box has not arrived yet and was sure i was going to get stuck with it and have it not fit my Q5.
Pretty good haul for a $250 box. (Full listing and prices below) The strange part was a heavily dented up box, and someone spilled what smells like a lavender fragrance liquid on the boxes. (Some items were still wet, nothing damaged though)
Got lucky with a Men's Large Under Armor Green Tactical Duty jacket and a gaming amplifier I'll use. Expensive shoes can maybe be traded from a men's size 10.5 into my own size 13's, or gifted to someone with the right size. Thanks for a fun experience, Kevin! KevinGot my box today! So stoked about the headphones and the keyboard! Also I guess I’m in to lock picking now! My wife may use the inks I got. Overall way happy with this drop. Would defiantly do this again.
KevinStill have not gotten an update about my box being shipped. It's coming up to a month, and now I'm leaving the country for a month so I won't receive it for another month. At least if they take even longer it won't make a difference on how late this has been.
got mostly junk. Got a womans sleeping bag (dont know the difference between mens sleeping bag and womens) hope it's not to small. Size 11 and 13 shoes, I wear size 9. Got a size 40 belt I wear size 31 or 30. Headphone amp I cant use. Gloves size M, I wear small. Underwear on the big size guess it can work. Everything was kind of cant use to meh what am I going to do with this not really ever going to use it. The only thing that was ok was the knife. But not worth $250. Plus massdrop shipped my order so late and behind schedule I just it today after everyone is done trading. Thank you massdrop for proving me right on giving me trash useless stuff.
KevinSeriously, f**k Drop for how they treated us in this process. We bought two $250 boxes. One was lost in transit and never delivered, one came missing the most valuable components of the box. To compensate us for the missing items, valued at over $250, we were given $50 in store credit.
No.
F**k you Drop, f**k you.
