It was a long wait, but the third box finally came today. Massdrop definitely put some good stuff in here, and value-wise I believe this is by far the best box (kind of hard to remember since it has been so long haha). Thanks for following up, Massdrop, and I hope your next endeavor of this kind goes more smoothly.

I am also still waiting for my third box. It's been radio silence from Massdrop since the December 21st email that assured us of a January ship date. Here we are in the middle of March and no third box is shipped. I wish they would just wrap this up so we can move on...

I'm in the same boat as everyone else with only receiving 2 of the 3 boxes. PLEASE fix this for me and anyone else still a box short by giving us our money for the third box back. I expected more from massdrop with having reliable and honest vendors they support on their site.

Scammers on other sites are more professional than this…

Adverb: monthly 1. once a month; every month; from month to month. "We are supposed to get our Massdrop Monthly Magic Blue Box monthly"
It is sad, going on six months now and no third and final box. What’s worse is that there is no communication as to why… but they are keeping the money I put up front for my three Massdrop Monthly Magic Blue Boxes, no problem there it seems.

I could accept that IF this site did it's job of communicating to those of us who are on the drop. Most of the communications I have received recently for this drop have been inaccurate, if not just outright wrong. I am less frustrated about the fact that it didn't turn out to be monthly than I am about the lack of communication about what is happening. Now I have received two boxes with no idea if a third is coming, or if they are even working on getting me my third box.
Again... just communication from them on what is actually happening would make me significantly LESS frustrated with the whole thing.

FenxorGood point and I totally agree with you. This site should be keeping on top of this, communicating with the customers and badgering the vendor to own up to the orders or give back the money.
There needs to be a "Where's the stuff I paid for?" button. Trying to find any customer services on this site is impossible, almost like they don't want to hear from us.
I wonder if any other drops are faring like this one?

If I had known going in that this "Monthly Box" was "At best: every two months" - I never would have done the drop. I don't want a refund on the order, I just want what was advertised to be sent out. As of right now, it doesn't even look like the next box is planned, and customer service has yet to respond as to when the next one will be. Not to mention that in the last box, there was no announcement about if there was a winner of the Eternal Masters box that was supposedly unlocked.
All I have to say is that if you are considering getting this, don't. Once I get my third box, I am not coming back. Which is sad, because overall, I have been happy with what I received in the boxes.

My blue box was lost by UPS / USPS. Product was shipped via UPS SurePost. USPS says shipment is lost and to contact Massdrop. UPS says Massdrop has insurance (which does me no good obviously). Massdrop won't respond to repeated requests. Should I contact Credit Card company to dispute the charge?
