Scammers on other sites are more professional than this…
month·ly Adjective: monthly 1. done, produced, or occurring once a month. "Massdrop Monthly Magic Blue Box"
Adverb: monthly 1. once a month; every month; from month to month. "We are supposed to get our Massdrop Monthly Magic Blue Box monthly"
It is sad, going on six months now and no third and final box. What’s worse is that there is no communication as to why… but they are keeping the money I put up front for my three Massdrop Monthly Magic Blue Boxes, no problem there it seems.

AUSTX_2XSYeah, I have contacted support about this on multiple occasions, got one email back saying "Logistics will let you know when the next box will be by the end of the week" (they didn't). Then another "You should get a shipping email about your third box by the end of the week" (I didn't).
In short, if you are considering this drop for any longer than 1 month, run far and fast, it isn't worth it. It is really tempting to demand a refund.
And if you are considering it for just one month, you might want to run anyway.

FenxorI believe this site has done its job of collecting the orders and sending the orders to the vendor. So, I would suspect that the vendor that agreed to fulfill these orders is the one holding out. I think the vendor’s name was mentioned earlier on this board and if that is the case then I am not surprised this is happening. Not surprised at all.

AUSTX_2XSI could accept that IF this site did it's job of communicating to those of us who are on the drop. Most of the communications I have received recently for this drop have been inaccurate, if not just outright wrong. I am less frustrated about the fact that it didn't turn out to be monthly than I am about the lack of communication about what is happening. Now I have received two boxes with no idea if a third is coming, or if they are even working on getting me my third box.
Again... just communication from them on what is actually happening would make me significantly LESS frustrated with the whole thing.

FenxorGood point and I totally agree with you. This site should be keeping on top of this, communicating with the customers and badgering the vendor to own up to the orders or give back the money.
There needs to be a "Where's the stuff I paid for?" button. Trying to find any customer services on this site is impossible, almost like they don't want to hear from us.
I wonder if any other drops are faring like this one?
