Completely new to amps and dacs. Should I get this amp or this Micca OriGen G2 DAC and Preamp. Someone also recommended the schiit magni 3

Schiit Magni 3 is 5 dollars more and has much more output power, i'd go for it. 02 was kind of the old benchmark. Both are great amps though and sound great.

Can you tell me what is the benefit of going with a separate AMP and DAC IE the Magni/Modi Combo vs the Schiit Fulla?

Greater output power and flexibility in amp/dac matching. When you have standalone units you can pair them with any other dac or amp in the future if you wish to sell one off. Both the fulla and the modi use the same DAC chip but likely have different implementation due to sizing constraints. The magni has less distortion and a lower output impedance in both of it's gain modes (which is always better) though both are low as it is.
Fulla will be fine if you are using highly sensitive, easy to drive headphones. It will lack some punch though if you ever decide to use headphones requiring a medium or high amount of power, such as beyerdynamics and Sennheiser's better offerings.
Pick of course what's in your budget and what will suit your gear. If you are going to be buying other headphones in the future or want to use headphones that require more power (most seem to) than go for the schiit stack. If the fulla suits your needs though go for it.
