What are you powering? This is a lot more powerful than the Fulla 2, so if you have harder to drive headphones, definitely this. The Fulla2 does have an internal DAC as well, but whether you need that depends upon your source-device.

That's annoying, I replied and then it just disappeared. Well, here goes typing again. If this ends up a duplicate, I'll get rid of it.
Fulla 2 should be powerful enough for the HD 6XX. People often say that it sounds better with a stronger amp. If you don't need the built-in DAC of the Fulla 2, something like this O2 or Magni 3 would be the better decision in my opinion.
The BIGGEST reason(not the only reason) to upgrade off on board audio DAC on your computer is if the one built-into your motherboard is getting interference or has a really high noise floor. This usually comes in the form of a staticy/buzzing/humming noise during really quiet bits of music. Rear jacks are usually better than front-panel since the cable running through the case can pick up a bit of interference.

I'm assuming coming straight out of your motherboard?
If they're getting loud enough, and you're not getting any of the typical noise of interference, gains CAN still exist. Some people say the sound is a lot "fuller" or that without a proper amp that they can sound "tinny or thin sounding" Without a reference to what you're hearing, it can be hard to say how MUCH of a gain you will get. It's entirely possible it COULD sound a bit better. Is the gain going to be worth half the cost of the headphones? Hard to say, and up to you to decide. If you're willing to eat a small cost, there are return periods if you can handle the 15% restocking fee most places have if you don't think the gains were worth it when you get it. Anywhere from a 15-day to 30-day return window depending on company. Don't think Massdrop offers that though. Mayflower or JDS Labs also carry the O2 and probably do. [I prefer JDS labs myself, but no major reason for that]

So do you think I should get the new tube amp that just dropped?

The Little Dot MK.II that came up again? A lot of people do like the Mk.II and Mk. III as well as the Darkvoice as entry-level tube amps that drop here every so often. I've never tried it, but it's decent for the money from what I heard.
